Our goal is to help instil good habits in your everyday life by simply holding you accountable. Accountability is the number one reason why someone goes off track. It’s that simple! On top of that we’ve made it even more simple for you by creating a program that only consists of you taking a picture of your food. How hard is that? Let us help you create this new lifestyle!

How it all works?

This is something you get with a personal training subscription.

  • Step 1 - Sign up and choose your trainer.
  • Step 2 - Fill out an intake form that goes over your current eating habits.
  • Step 3 - Go over the intake form with your trainer and discuss the plan of action.
  • Step 4 - Take daily photos of your food that your trainer asked from you (breakfast, and/or lunch, and/or dinner).
  • Step 5 - Incorporate healthy meals into your daily life.


Do i have to cut out all the bad food from my diet?

No, our goal is to change your lifestyle not your diet. With that being said, moderation is key when we talk about change. Our process is slowly cutting out the bad food and incorporating the good food. We simplify it to 3 meals a day. Start by always eating a healthy breakfast (or lunch/dinner). Once you have that under control, then moving to eating a healthy breakfast and healthy lunch. For dinner eat what you would like. Or maybe it’s just eating a healthy breakfast and lunch during the week and your free to do what you want on the weekends. Baby steps is the idea behind this process and by doing so you will notice that eating healthy is not so much a diet anymore but a lifestyle. 

Will i see results quick?

Sadly the answer is no. Diets on the other hand may give you quick results but can only be sustained for a short period of time. With this program you will start to get more energy and feel good almost right away. The pounds will be a bit more of a slower process but at least they will stay off.

Can i cancel my subscription at anytime?

Yes, you can cancel it at anytime. You will still be charged for the current month but will no longer be charged going forward.
